As part of the Society's Ruby anniversary celebrations, and after many years when the membership subscription has remained at £12 per annum, the healthy position in which the Society now finds itself - with 60 members - means that it has decided that the annual subscription should be reduced to £10 per annum.
This will give admission to all of the Society's eight talks between September and May and with an interesting programme of subjects lined up for the coming year, including talks on Braintree silk making, Railway branch lines to Maldon, Essex Church brasses, Lodge Coaches and Essex in the Battle of Britain, never has there been a better time to join this thriving Society.... !!!
